Summary: Supervises Surveillance Officers while performing electronic and visual surveillance of gaming operations.

Essential Job Functions:
Be goal orientated and meet commitments.
Work in a clandestine environment and observe activities through closed circuit television.
Must be a team player, and be able to work in a group or at times individually.
Ensure compliance with all established company and departmental policies and procedures.

involvement and professionalism.
Clearly communicate and enforce company expectations including code of commitment, policies
and procedures, as well as department goals and objectives.
Address employee performance issues, coach and mentor employees, provide ongoing feedback.
Take personal responsibility for creating an atmosphere of commitment to internal guests.
Carries out procedures, trains, schedules, and evaluates personnel in keeping with company
Supervises and coordinates activities related to the surveillance of gaming areas, cashier cages,
count rooms, and any other areas as determined by management.
Assist the director in the overall operation of the surveillance department. Assumes responsibility
for the director in his absence.
Maintains a thorough understanding of the New York State Gaming Control Board regulations
and ensures that these regulations are adhered to.
Keep the surveillance director informed of all pertinent information regarding surveillance
activities and irregularities.
Observe, detect and report any cheating activity.
Perform all other duties as required.
High school diploma or equivalent required.
Surveillance experience preferred.
Good computer skills required.
Must be able to train employees on the computer.
Possess a thorough understanding of all surveillance activities necessary for a secure
In depth knowledge of slot machines, and all casino related departments to include credit, cage, count rooms, security, and any other areas as determined by management.
Previous managerial/supervisory skills desired.
Excellent interpersonal and verbal and written skills are essential.
Ability to communicate with Team members and guests
Ability to be a TEAM player
Ability to successfully fulfill the pre-employment process
Ability to work flexible shifts and days of the week including holidays
Ability to obtain and maintain all necessary licensing
New York State Gaming License required.
Physical and Mental Demands:
Regularly required to see, talk and hear; use hands to finger, handle, or feel.
Must occasionally lift up to 25 pounds.
Available to work flexible shifts, weekends and holidays
Able to interact with others while maintaining a positive and courteous demeanor.
