Job Posting for Team Leader – Early Intervention *Internal Only at Riverside Community Care
Great opportunity to join Riverside Community Care as a Team Leader working as part of a strong, interdisciplinary team in our Early Intervention Program!
The Team Leader provides supervision of staff assigned to the team by the Clinical Supervisor/Program Director and plays an integral role in the administration of daily activities essential to the operation of the program.
In addition, the Team Leader will provide direct family-centered, therapeutic developmental services as part of a multidisciplinary team, consistent with the standards of Riverside, DPH and her/his professional discipline.

Required Skills
- DPH Certification as an Early Intervention Specialist (CEIS) preferred
- Valid driver’s license and access to a reliable vehicle required
- Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong organizational skills required. · Comfort and skill with technology including Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word, Teams and the DPH Early Intervention Client System
Required Experience
- Bachelor’s Degree
- Appropriate Massachusetts licensure as applicable to meet professional qualifications under the Massachusetts Early Intervention Operational Standards
- Minimum of three years of experience in Early Intervention
