Responsibilities:

• Preparation of audit schedules for outside auditors.
• Prepare annual budget in cooperation with management and department heads.
• Prepare monthly bank reconciliations and update related cash reports.
• Prepare monthly financial reports for affiliates.
• Prepare monthly journal entries.
• Reconciles and updates fixed assets.
• Update and/or create Lotus work sheets.
