What are the responsibilities and job description for the Housekeeper position at Riverview Farm?
A private couple in Franklin, Tennessee seeks an experienced Housekeeper to assist in the daily cleaning and care of their home. With two other guest cottages on the grounds, that will require occasional cleaning, there’s always something new to do. If you have an eye for detail and enjoy the process of keeping a tidy home this may be the role for you.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- All aspects of general housekeeping and deep cleaning of residence
- Vacuuming, dry/wet mopping and floor care, dusting all surfaces, polishing various surfaces and furniture
- Disinfecting and cleaning bathrooms: vanities, toilets, bathtubs/showers
- Disinfecting and cleaning kitchen counters and cabinets
- Strong in laundry service abilities (washing, ironing, steaming and folding linens, towels and clothing; managing items sent out for professional care
- Change linens and towels
- Strong communicator
- Organized and efficient
- Cleaning and organizing of all closets, pantries, and storage areas
- Report cases of property damage, or areas that require maintenance
- Able to work well independently and in conjunction with a team
- Dog friendly

Job Types: Full-time, Contract
Pay: $17.00 - $20.00 per hour
