What are the responsibilities and job description for the Information Manager position at Riverwood Center?
POSITION SUMMARY: Coordinates the upkeep of the Berrien Mental Health Authority technology infrastructure in partnership with a remote vendor. Provides functional leadership, information mining, and service in accordance with identified ticketing, and reporting needs. Supports SharePoint Intranet upkeep. Researches and develops options for problem resolution. Develops, requests, and manages work estimations and project plans. Supports reporting queries for HIPAA Security. Monitors ticketing for all technology needs for user and system issues, not including Electronic Health Record. Represents the organization at applicable external IT meetings.
EDUCATION: Certificate of Certification in IT, Project Management, or 3 or more years of related experience; Preference given to Bachelor degree holder in an IT or digital-related discipline

EXPERIENCE/KNOWLEDGE: Three or more years’ experience interpreting system requirements, IT documentation, and project management. Interest in new and emerging technologies including remote work challenges and solutions valuable. Excellent proactive autonomy and self-management skills with strong communication and documentation savvy and technical system(s) knowledge desired. Intermediate technology understanding with advanced PC Skills, as well as familiarity with researching best practices in technology for workstations and business tools. Excellent professional interpersonal, analytical, and digital skills required.
