Responsibilities

  • Perform a wide variety of advanced building maintenance, repairs, and services as assigned
  • Assist and participate in fire alarms and emergency response procedures
  • Respond to medical alert calls
  • Swimming pool and spa maintenance (obtain certification in pool operations)
  • Participate in updating material inventories
  • Participate in Maintenance on Call (MOC) rotation and be available for emergencies
  • Perform routine duties such as trash removal, floor care, uncomplicated work orders, snow removal and shift coverage

Qualifications

High School Diploma or equivalent and a valid driver's license.

The ability to operate a variety of power and hands tools is required. A basic knowledge of general maintenance and equipment repairs along with a minimum of one year experience in the field also required.
