Established remodeling company seeking a motivated and personable Office Manager to join our team. The position will be responsible for daily ongoing tasks in a construction company with a team environment.
Responsibilities: Answer phones and emails to route correctly. Schedule appointments. Maintain files which include employee, project, vendor and clients. Prepare invoices, proposals, contracts, and budgets. Miscellaneous clerical and office duties. Maintain and shop insurance needs includes building, automotive, liability and health. Maintain social media, website management and marketing.
Education & Qualifications: Minimum 3 years professional office experience.
Proficient in Quickbooks ( 5 yrs min).
Microsoft Office, One Drive, Excel, Adobe, and able to learn others.
HR and customer service experience. Organized and attention to detail, multitasking and dependable. Positive attitude, professional appearance and great personality.
