This position allows 100% remote work from home or allows work to be performed in any of our major office locations with a hybrid schedule. Colorado Residents Only: The salary range for Colorado residents is $70,970 to 106,450. Profile Summary: We are seeking an Operations Manager to lead a team of Implementation Managers and Data Service Specialists in Voya Financials Health Account Solutions business unit. Our ideal candidate will have previous experience in a leadership role guiding individual contributors in fast paced service oriented world and experience with HSA, FSA, HRA and COBRA. Profile Description: Manages activities in all aspects of implementation and account management, vendor relationships, third party engagements, broker and client satisfaction, distribution partnerships Reviews operational activities and work processes and makes necessary changes to ensure an efficient and effective operation of onboarding clients to maximize profitability. Participates in and/or leads process improvement efforts. Partners with other department leaders on strategic and tactical projects Provides training and timely performance appraisals for employees in department Manages team demand and capacity model for accurate staffing Manages reporting on client deliverables and service agreements Monitoring, organizing, and coaching your team on a day-to-day and weekly basis Other duties as assigned. Knowledge & Experience: 5 - 10 years relative work experience in supervisory position Previous experience working with customers to deliver a product Strong analytical, problem-solving and leadership skills In-depth knowledge of HSA, FSA and COBRA is strongly preferred Previous experience leading in a Continuous Improvement/Lean environment is highly preferred Ability to manage multiple priorities #LI-IB1 #LI-Remote Be Well.
