What are the responsibilities and job description for the Selling Branch Manager - Staffing position at RMG?
We are seeking an experienced Business Development Manager.
Hours: Monday-Friday 8am-5pm
Pay: $55,000-$65,000 annually plus commissions paid WEEKLY on office performance!
Responsibilities:
- Sourcing, qualifying, and cultivating sales leads into new business opportunities within the staffing industry
- Providing exceptional customer service to a diverse client and candidate portfolio
- Executing the organization’s sales processes to ensure that we are cultivating a diverse book of business in the market
- Partner with the branches and recruiting partners on leads, pricing, and proposals on a daily and weekly basis
- Maintain regular and consistent contact with customers to meet customer requirements.
- Develop a sales penetration plan
- Develop relationships with all customer-buying influencers
- Develop a complete understanding of customer’s business, goals, and objectives
- Help to drive the continued and strategic growth of branch in the market
- Other duties as needed
Skills:
- Proven experience selling in the Staffing Industry
- Significant exposure/familiarity or time working within the Light Industrial, Warehousing, Skilled Trade, and/or Administrative/Professional verticals preferred
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team setting
- Exceptional organization and attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication
