Plant Technicians

Plant Technicians provide daily care of medical marijuana plants from planting to harvest, from harvest to drying, and processing the plants for shipment. Plant Technicians willprovide care and attention to the growing process of the plants from clone to harvest, which includes pruning, trimming, watering and providing nutrients. Plant Technicians also assist with harvesting the plants and processing the plants through the hanging, curing and packaging of the plants. Recordkeeping and strict adherence to the company's operating procedures and compliance with the state regulations is essential for this position. Schedule• 8 am to 5 pm with occasional weekends Responsibilities•Maintaining a clean and sanitary work area at all times.•Placement and positioning of plants entering and exiting the environment.•Defoliation of plants according to a strict schedule.•Must be able to bend, stoop, reach and lift up to 50 lbs.•Cleaning and constant monitoring of the environment and equipment in a designated work area.•Transitioning plants from the "veg" room to the flower rooms.•Tracking of all plants entering and leaving your work area.•Harvesting, transference of finished product to drying/curing area.Requirements•Due to (Oklahoma Medical Marijuana Authority) laws and regulations all candidates must be 21 years of age, or older to be eligible for employment.•Attention to detail•Ability to work in a team setting•Provable, stable, work history•Must be on time•Experience preferred, but not required•Must be willing to submit to a background check and pre-employment drug screening (medical cannabis excluded)•Must have reliable transportation to and from work Benefits•Opportunity for advancement.
