Full Time Payroll Administrator
Position Summary
Large dealership in Olathe area is looking for an energetic, organized individual to administer payroll functions and help with accounting items. Individual must be detail oriented.
Some Duties may include but are not limited to:
Responsible for making sure federal, state, local and company guidelines are followed. Responsible for benefit data, Onboarding items, following Hire/Term policies and procedures, verifying all tax items, and verifying child support payments. Admin will also verify I-9 and E-verify information is accurate and correct. Responsible for making sure all employee and applicant data is safeguarded according to federal, state, local and company guidelines. Other duties can include follow up on all new hire paperwork, reconciliations, template management and accurate keypunching.
2 years of automotive accounting experience preferred. Experience with ADP Workforce Now Payroll and CDK DMS is a plus.
Automotive experience is a plus, knowledge of schedules, AP/AR, billing are all helpful with this position.
