RMT Equipment your local E-Z-Go dealer has an opening for a full-time, inside golf car sales position to work out of our Boise Idaho location. We are looking for a dedicated employee with excellent people skills to help deliver top notch sales and service as a territory manager for our rapidly growing customer base.
The Job:
Experienced inside territory manager is expected to performs cold calls to grow and maintain our business-to-business relationships, along with walk in sales for individual based cars. This role is to be an honest consultant to the customer when making car-buying decisions by providing outstanding customer service through your interactions with customers, co-workers and vendors.
- Maintains call quantity and quality to assure the development of a positive relationship with each customer.
- Develops and maintains the sales skills necessary to sell a premium priced product.
- Develops and maintains product knowledge on E-Z-Go and other golf car brands.
- Works hand in hand with other departments.
- Conducts product presentations to business-to-business customers.
- Embraces integrity, quality and responsiveness to customer needs.
- Communicates the needs and concerns of the territory and ensures resolution is found.
- Completes all weekly reports and ensures that the needs of our customers are communicated through-out the organization.
- Understands and uses offerings of TEXTRON or other finance companies.
- Adheres to all customer care standards.
- Actively cares for and advocates safety policy. Adheres to all applicable safety policies, procedures and standards.
- May accomplish training and serve as a team member in support of RMT Equipment projects, and initiatives.
- Works within and promotes corporate vision, mission, and values of the organization.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
Requirements:
· Sales experience preferred but not required.
· Ability to develop and maintain effective working relationships with others through teamwork.
· Knowledge or ability to learn CDK and other business systems.
· Ability to work extended hours with minimal notice.
· Consistent attendance.
· Valid driver's license, ability to pass DOT Physical, and acceptable driving record.
· Drive and maintain company vehicle.
· Ability to set and manage priorities.
· Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds.
· Must be able to accomplish any of the following for long periods of time: sit, walk, stand, climb stairs; reach, lean, twist with product/equipment; push and pull product/equipment.
