- Location: Eureka, CA 95501
- Duration: 13 Weeks with possible extension
- Shift: Day 5x8-Hour (06:00 - 14:30)
- Guaranteed Hours: 40
Other Details:
- Required Experience: Blood Bank, Specimen Processing/Handling, Epic.
- Looking for a previous Blood Bank lead or supervisor with experience running a Blood Bank.
- Preferably from a large facility that has been completing all testing in house.
- This assignment is to assess the operations of our Blood Bank and assess inspection readiness.
- Then offer suggestions and help with implementation of changes.
- Candidate must have passed at least one inspection with one of the regulatory agencies.
- Certs REQ: CA CLS State License
