    collaborative skills and the capability to manage constraints,
    and facilitate cooperation between IT professionals, business
    users, and stakeholders are essential for project success.

  • The Program Manager will have the pivotal responsibility of overseeing the comprehensive order-to-cash cycle, encompassing: a) Order Management b) Customer Engagement & Quotation c) Credit Management d) Order Fulfillment e) Order Shipping f) Customer Invoicing g) Accounts Receivable h) Payment Collections i) Reporting j) Data Management The challenges to be addressed include budgetary limitations, a firm deadline for completion in the 2024 fiscal year, integration complexities, change management imperatives, intricacies of data migration, compliance with regulatory prerequisites, fostering stakeholder collaboration, and ensuring undisrupted business continuity. d. Estimated Weekly Hours and Meeting Schedule:
  • PM is expected to provide approximately 16 hours per week for the duration of the one-year term..
  • Current Order to Cash Process Analysis The Program Manager will actively support FPI's Project team in a comprehensive examination of the existing "Order to Cash" process.
  • This will involve identifying bottlenecks, inefficiencies, and soliciting feedback from stakeholders. III. Project Plan In close collaboration with the project team,
  • Program Manager will: a) Develop an intricate work breakdown structure (WBS). b) Define project timelines and milestones. c) Strategically allocate resources. d) Perform risk assessment and formulate mitigation strategies. e) Forge a robust communication and change management plan. IV.
  • Program Manager will lead and supervise the FPI team in executing the following: a) Configuration and setup of systems. b) Implementation of SAP S4/Hana modifications. c) Integration and customization of Salesforce. d) Planning for data migration. e) Facilitating user training and testing. f) Conducting parallel tests to assess operational efficiency. V. Go-Live and Post-Implementation Support. 
  • The Program Manager will ensure a seamless transition during the "Go-Live" phase, monitor the system post-implementation, gather feedback, and promptly address any arising issues or opportunities for enhancements. VI. Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and Success Metrics A set of KPIs will be formulated under the Program Manager's guidance, capturing the essence of project success. These will serve as benchmarks for performance and will entail regular reporting and tracking procedures. VII. Project Evaluation and Lessons Learned Following project completion, a comprehensive evaluation against established KPIs will be conducted. The objective is to extract valuable lessons, identify best practices, and recommend subsequent process enhancements. IX. Conclusion A comprehensive summary encapsulating the project's achievements will be presented, ensuring recognition of all stakeholders. Additionally, recommendations for future enhancements and upgrades will be highlighted. Note: The success of this project hinges on seamless collaboration between IT professionals, business users, and all relevant stakeholders. Ensuring ongoing communication and proactive management of potential constraints is pivotal to the project's triumph and the positive transformation of FPI's operations.
