What are the responsibilities and job description for the Receptionist (Temp) position at Ro?
As Ro's Receptionist, you will be a vital member of the Facilities Team, responsible for managing the front desk operations and ensuring a welcoming and efficient environment for visitors and employees. You will work in close collaboration with Executive Assistants and the People Team to provide administrative support and enhance overall office functionality. You will enjoy being at the heart of the office, engaging with a variety of people and handling diverse tasks daily.
This is a 6-month assignment to start with a potential to either extend or convert to a full-time role, based on business needs.
\n- Front desk management
- Point of contact for visitor management and desk booking system
- Process incoming/outgoing mail and packages
- Provide administrative support to Facilities team
- Assist with the coordination of all onsite meetings and events
- Monitor and manage the company's meeting room calendar
- Provide backup support to Executive Assistants during peak times or absences
- Oversee snack and beverage inventory and place orders as needed
- Coordinate weekly lunch delivery for all onsite Ro’ers
- Support special projects for People Team
- Prior experience in a receptionist or administrative role
- Technical proficiency in G Suite, Microsoft, Envoy & Kisi
- Strong communication skills

The target hourly rate for this position is $26/hour. When determining compensation, we analyze and carefully consider several factors, including location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. These considerations may cause your compensation to vary.
