This is a Full‐Time position, with exceptional benefits and a strong management team. As a File Clerk, you provide superior service at all times to our dealerships and administrative team. As a Title Clerk, you provide superior service at all times. This includes assisting stores with questions regarding titles. Process lien release on paid in full titles from the report, acting as backup to the Title department. At SAC Finance, we seek driven individuals with a positive winning attitude. Duties and Responsibilities

  • Prepare charge off files as they come into the department, status them appropriately.
  • Serves as primary back‐up person for Dispatcher.
  • Storage of titles until vehicles are sold.
  • Storage of “Lien” titles until paid in full or written off.
  • Tracking, locating, and/or duplicating lost titles.
  • Scans, extracts and uploads titles within the system; files titles when complete.
  • Delivers titles to local BMV. 
  • Other duties may be assigned as needed.

Experience and Education

  • Previous office work of scanning and sorting.
  • Mid level of organizational skills required to prioritize duties.
  • Must have a valid state driver’s license and a good driving record.
  • Must be at least 18 years of age.
  • Proficient communication in English.
