What are the responsibilities and job description for the Behind the Wheel Driving Instructor (Must be 21+ years old) position at Road Star Driving?
This is a part time or full time position in Castle Rock. Road Star Driving School is looking for instructors to work during weekends and evenings.
Looking for a long-term instructor who:
- TEACHES techniques and methods for driving safely
- Maintains cleanliness of vehicles
- Assists in vehicle maintenance
- Completes all required documentation and paperwork to meet industry standards
- Assists in any filing protocols in place
- Has monthly schedules to Office Manager no later than one month in advance
- Is on time, prepared, and looking professional at all times
- Teaches students according to the outlined curriculum and for the full time required
- Gives feedback to students and parent to facilitate the learning process
- Stays on location until student leaves or the next drive begins.
- Locks doors when no one is left on premises
- Assists Office Manager in any capacity required in the smooth operation of the business'

- Teaching: 1 year (Preferred)

- Colorado Driver's License (Required)
