The Position: Expediter Manager

The Expediter managers play an essential role in orchestrating an exceptional experience for our guests and maintaining a positive culture for our employees. The Expediter Managers will collaborate together and are the driving force behind coordination of the busser, concessions and box departments.

Expediter Manager duties include:

• Ownership of responsibilities and work related to maintaining cleanliness and organization in all areas of the building including lobby, box/concessions, auditoriums and restrooms.
• Overseeing effective training, coaching and developing of expediter employees to ensure an excellent guest experience.
• Assisting with guest concerns with the intention of guests leaving satisfied.
• Overseeing recruitment and hiring of expediter staff
• Managing the performance of expediter staff, completing triannual reviews.
• Effectively schedule and staff box, concessions, bussing departments.
• Managing box/concessions food, beverage and product inventory, and managing janitorial supplies and inventory.
• Creating and submitting weekly reports as required to General Manager
• Other duties as assigned

Must have the following qualifications:

• Management experience, preferably in the restaurant industry.
• Basic math skills, effective writing and communication skills.
• Must obtain Title 4 certification and Food Handlers Card within 30 days of hire.
• Must be 19 years of age or older.
