The Position: Expediter Manager
The Expediter managers play an essential role in orchestrating an exceptional experience for our guests and maintaining a positive culture for our employees. The Expediter Managers will collaborate together and are the driving force behind coordination of the busser, concessions and box departments.
Expediter Manager duties include:
- Ownership of responsibilities and work related to maintaining cleanliness and organization in all areas of the building including lobby, box/concessions, auditoriums and restrooms.
- Overseeing effective training, coaching and developing of expediter employees to ensure an excellent guest experience.
- Assisting with guest concerns with the intention of guests leaving satisfied.
- Overseeing recruitment and hiring of expediter staff
- Managing the performance of expediter staff, completing triannual reviews.
- Effectively schedule and staff box, concessions, bussing departments.
- Managing box/concessions food, beverage and product inventory, and managing janitorial supplies and inventory.
- Creating and submitting weekly reports as required to General Manager
- Other duties as assigned
Must have the following qualifications:
- Management experience, preferably in the restaurant industry.
- Basic math skills, effective writing and communication skills.
- Must obtain Title 4 certification and Food Handlers Card within 30 days of hire.
- Must be 19 years of age or older.
