What are the responsibilities and job description for the Administrative Coordinator (Conyers, GA) position at RoadSafe Traffic Systems, Inc.?
This person will answer incoming calls, facilitate daily rental orders that come in working closely with managers to schedule our techs to do the work. Filing and light invoicing are a part of the daily duties. Experience with Microsoft (word, Excel, Outlook). Any knowledge of TCR or Vista accounting systems a plus. The ideal candidate would be someone who is a go getter, self-starter, and willing to learn.
Essential Functions and Duties:
- Answer incoming phone calls.
- Write up work tickets and electronically dispatch to techs for daily rental set-ups.
- Process work tickets daily.
- Filing / Mailing
- Order office supplies monthly.
- Monthly invoicing of daily rental jobs.
- Asist with collections of daily rental jobs/customers.
- Other duties as assigned
