GENERAL FUNCTION

The Distribution Mail Clerk accurately and efficiently opens and prepares inbound packages for credit processing.

MAJOR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Works in a production (fast-paced) environment.
• Open Inbound package in first in first out order.
• Accurately prepare inbound packages to be processed.
• Accurately sort packaging supplies from inbound packages.
• Ability to scan packages into an excel spreadsheet accurately.
• Responsible for any additional duties assigned.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

• High School Diploma or GED
• 6 months of Distribution experience
• Ability to maintain production standards
• Strong attention to detail
• Ability to work flexible hours and overtime as requested
• Basic knowledge of computers
• Ability to lift/carry up to 35 pounds
• Ability to work in a stand/walk position for up to 9 hours
