GENERAL FUNCTION
The Operations Finance Manager will be responsible for financial reporting, planning, and analysis for the state-of-the-art North American Eyewear Distribution Center.
MAJOR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Develop successful business partnership with Operations Leadership and key partners by setting short and long term financial and operating targets.
- Drive the execution of business strategies.
- Provide overall distribution center financial guidance and control.
- Lead cost optimization initiatives and evaluate returns of automation projects.
- Provide financial insights for periodic business reviews with senior management.
- Lead the financial planning process on a weekly, monthly and quarterly basis.
- Ensure alignment with corporate standards in terms of accounting, reporting, internal policies and procedures, including external regulations and SOX requirements.
- Work towards the simplification and automation of finance operations.
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
- BA/BS Degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Economics, or Statistics.
- 5 years’ relevant experience in positions that require analytical business experience and/or operations finance experience.
- 3 years’ experience with supervising reports.
- Experience with advanced Excel functions.
- Demonstrate innovative and creative problem-solving skills.
- Previous experience in Logistics, Distribution Center Operations, and/or Manufacturing
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- MBA, CPA, CMA or similar experience
- Experience with reporting and data analysis tools such as SAP, Essbase, SQL, MSAccess
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Experience as an advanced user of MS PowerPoint or similar tools

Salary : $95,600 - $121,000
