A healthcare organization in the Minneapolis area is looking to add Account Managers to their fast growing team. This position will require excellent customer service as you will be the main point of contact for all members. This position will also provide you the training and resources to be licensed to sell Health and Life Insurance. This is an amazing opportunity for someone looking to gain sales experience as an account manager.
Job Description:
• Taking 20-30 calls/day from members to walk through any questions to understand their insurance needs and priorities
• Review all plans and make recommendations based on that individual’s specific need
• Help sort through options, shop around, and education individuals on health plans
• The advisor will work one-on-one with members to help them understand benefits, access to care, resolve any issues, and troubleshoot issues like billing and claims
• Looking for applicants who have a heart for service, scrappy, creative, and have the ability to dig in, not take everything at face value and problem solve.
• Excellent customer service/communication skills are a must.
NOTE: This position does require a health insurance license, the company will cover costs of courses and test!
The hours will be full time, Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m. There will be many opportunities for over time as well.

- 2 years experience working in a fast-paced customer-focused environment
- Strong problem solving abilities
- Ability to multitask and manage tasks amongst a variety of computer software programs
- Strong oral and verbal communications
- Bachelor's degree (preferred)
