As an Accounting Assistant, you will be expected to manage and audit daily billing entries with precision, handle client inquiries and review jurisdiction information for clients. Responsibilities:• Conduct regular audits of daily billing entries to ensure accuracy• Manage and resolve client inquiries in a detail-oriented and timely manner• Review and update jurisdiction information for clients as needed• Utilize advanced Microsoft Excel skills to maintain and analyze financial data• Ensure all billing statements and approved invoices are processed accurately• Perform data entry tasks as part of regular duties with attention to detail• Use accounts receivable (AR) and personal property tax knowledge in daily tasks• Monitor client accounts and take appropriate actions based on account status• Maintain organized and accurate records of all financial transactions.
