- Work closely with project teams to ensure timely issuance of invoices.
- Review and reconcile open receivable accounts.
- Coordinate and resolve billing inquiries with both internal and external parties.
- Prepare monthly or periodic financial reports.
- Maintain in-depth knowledge of AIA billing procedures, company products, and services.
- Ensure compliance with general accounting principles and company procedures.
