Responsibilities:
-Daily cash reconciliations of multiple internal and external accounts
-Processing Payroll and calculating bonuses
-Analyze incoming customer deposit transactions
-Assist in cash analysis
-Review and monitor cash disbursements
-Compile information for monthly sales reports
-Ensure accurate and timely transactional records
-Prepare and review reports and ad hoc analysis as requested
-Maintain general ledger account reconciliations for accuracy and compliance
-Safeguard and record petty cash transactions
-Update and maintain fixed asset software, schedules, records and documents
-Prepare and record journal entries
-Maintain and follow systematic internal controls
-Provide support for process improvement initiatives
-Contribute to team efforts by accomplishing related tasks as needed
