The Accounts Payable Clerk will be expected to match and batch code invoices, resolve A/P issues, process expense reports, update and reconcile sub-ledger to G/L, and process checks.Responsibilities- Validate, record and send checks, including expediting special handling- Open, sort, and distribute daily department mail- Assist internal business partners with any customer services needs- Handle the administrative needs of the AP/Finance Department- Sort, log, scan, and file invoices, checks, and other documents- Provide internal and external audit assistance as required- Perform special projects as assigned- Carry out daily processes and controls accurately and on time, and ensure compliance with company policies- Fullfill full-cycle A/P
