This role is fundamental to our operations, as you will be working closely with sales representatives and customer service teams to ensure smooth financial transactions and maintain excellent customer relationships. This role offers an opportunity to work in a dynamic, fast-paced, and team-oriented environment.Responsibilities:• Monitor accounts and manage incoming payments• Verify, classify, compute, post, and record accounts receivable data including cash, checks, credit card, ACH, and transfers• Verify and resolve discrepancies or authorized deductions by entering adjusting entries• Respond to and resolve clients' billing issues and questions• Prepare and manage invoices, including printing, mailing, and bank deposits• Reconcile the accounts receivable ledger• Process and verify weekly invoices sent to various companies for funding• Ensure accurate posting of all payments• Assist in preparing monthly statements and reports detailing accounts receivable status• Assist in the approval process of daily shipments• Handle Employee Purchases in accordance with our Employee Purchase Program• Use Microsoft Excel to track and manage data and account reconciliation• Use your skills in commercial collections to manage and maintain accounts receivable
