Advanced Excel, experience working with and managing large amounts of data to sort/review/analyze and take action efficiently
AP/AR transaction level processing experience
Manufacturing/Distribution/Retail Experience
Experience working with customer portals to obtain information and file disputes
International AP
Strong process execution and control minded
Month end closing process/entries experience
Strong analysis skills (AR/AP tracking, customer and supplier analysis)
Fast paced team environment
Process Improvement / Workflow Automation
Cross functional team interaction with sales, ability to communicate effectively with concise information
Liaison between AR/AP and other departments
High transaction deadline oriented environment
Strong accounting/process and transaction management person)
Dedicated/Can do/positive attitude
Need a roll up the sleeves person who is highly organized and can manage clerk level people effectively
Requirements
Qualifications:
Accounting or Finance Degree
Minimum 5 Years Managerial Experience
Managing team of 5-10 in both office and remote environments
Strong ERP system experience, including automation/upgrading
Strong communication skills, written and oral
