How you will make an impact
• Organizing and maintaining electronic and paper filing systems
• Handling confidential information
• Performing reception duties (answering the phones, greetings guests, etc.)
• Supporting coworkers on a case-by-case basis with basic research, copies, document production, scanning, etc.
• Editing and proofreading documents
• Provide assistance on various special projects
• Maintaining Accounts Payable & Accounts Receivable
• Prepare expenses, make payments, wire transfers, make deposits
• Data entry for accounts receivable and accounts payable
• Handle and coordinate active calendars.
• Schedule and confirm meetings.
• Provide comprehensive Admin./Personal Assistance to Owner
• Coordinate travel plan (domestic and international)
Requirements
Requirements:
-2 years of experience in Administration/Bookkeeping
- Associates required
- QuickBooks experience
- Strong familiarity with Microsoft Excel/ MS Office Suites
- Comprehensive knowledge of Accounts Payable (AP)/ Accounts Receivable (AR)
- Excellent verbal, written, and social communication skills
Salary : $60,000 - $85,000
