Responsibilities :
- Issuing purchase orders and expediting shipments as necessary.
- Analyzing reports to review quantity and delivery requirements for each item.
- Completing administrative tasks related to material purchasing, including filing purchase orders and processing import / export and shipping documentation.
- Collaborating with the Logistics team to coordinate and track freight arrangements.
- Resolving price discrepancies and reviewing invoices accurately and promptly.
