Robert Half is working with an energetic company looking to staff a multi dimensional Admin Coordinator role for a large organization. Responsible for acting as a member of a multi-disciplinary care coordination team by performing a broad range of administrative, customer service and care coordination activities, which support patient service delivery and related team responsibilities. The Admin Coordinator supports the companies mission to provide the highest quality of care coordination services by complying with regulatory guidelines and meeting agency standards.
In Office Position
Provides administrative support for the care coordination team, acts as a primary liaison between leadership, staff, families and providers.
Provides administrative support for the office operations and workflow; office supplies/materials, monitor MIS requests for equipment repairs, and employee timekeeping for payroll.
Develops and maintain reports on staff’s Initial and Annual performance appraisals. Report status to management to meet deadlines.
Coordinates with the Patient Service Coordinator (PSC) and overall management of PHI as well as the file rooms. Fills-in as a back-up when PSC is out.
Collects, prepares, maintains and distributes sensitive and confidential information upon management request.
Assists with preparation for Regulatory Agency requirements and Audits.
Reviews and processes invoices and expense reports in timely manner, generates check requests and communicates with Finance and vendors to ensure proper payment and monthly account reconciliation for each program.
Assists with planning, organization, management and delivery of special events, projects.
Responds to, researches and resolves routine and more complex customer service issues and requests for information in an accurate/effective/timely manner.
Maintains and updates accurate case management and census lists, grids, email/e-fax distribution lists, emergency contact info.
Runs and maintains reports as assigned. Handles the Emergency Preparedness and Social Determinant data entry. .
Handles medical record requests as assigned, archives files and retrieves them as needed.
Performs other duties as assigned
