Robert Half is currently seeking a Maintenace Coordinator for a property management company in the Fresno area. The Maintenace coordinator candidate will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating maintenance activities within an organization. Collaborates with maintenance staff, vendors, and other departments to ensure timely and efficient completion of maintenance tasks and projects. Develop and maintain a comprehensive maintenance schedule, ensuring that routine inspections, repairs, and preventive maintenance tasks are completed according to established timelines. Receive, prioritize, and assign work orders related to maintenance tasks. Review work order requests, assess the scope of work, and allocate appropriate resources, including personnel, materials, and equipment. This is a contract to hire opportunity Monday-Friday 8am-5pm. Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional technical or vocational certifications in maintenance or related fields are a plus.
- Proven experience in maintenance coordination or a related role.
- Strong knowledge of maintenance practices, procedures, and equipment.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize and multitask effectively.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills for interacting with internal and external stakeholders.
- Proficient computer skills and experience with maintenance management software or systems.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
