Robert Half is seeking an Administrative Support. As an Admin Support you will primarily be responsible for keeping meetings on track with communication between participants, so no one feels left out. You will welcome visitors and make sure everyone knows where things are. Responsibilities
- Coordinate office activities and operations to secure efficiency and compliance to company policies.
- Manage phone calls and correspondence (e-mail, letters, packages etc.)
- Support budgeting and bookkeeping procedures
- Create and update records and databases with personnel, financial and other data.
- Track stocks of office supplies and place orders when necessary
- Assist colleagues whenever necessary.
- Diary management and arranging appointments, booking meeting rooms and conference facilities.
- Data entry (sales figures, property listings etc.)
- Arranging both internal and external events
- Providing administration support to Sales Reps, Property Managers and Senior Management

- Proven experience as an office administrator, office assistant or relevant role
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities
- Excellent organizational and leadership skills
- Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office and office management software (ERP etc.)
