Responsibilities
- Screen potential clients to determine their suitability for the company's services.
- Problem solve with the to find solutions to joining the program.
- Maintain a high level of professionalism and efficiency in all interactions.
- Contribute to a positive team dynamic and work environment.
- Utilize administrative skills to support the team and overall company operations.
- Seek opportunities for personal growth and development within the company.
- Uphold the company's policies and standards in all interactions and tasks.
- Adapt to changing needs and demands in a fast-paced work environment.
- Leverage communication skills to interact effectively with a diverse range of individuals.
- Applicant must have a proven track record in, Customer Service, a Recruiter role or similar position
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential
- Must be able to handle confidential information with discretion
- Applicant should have strong decision-making skills and a methodical approach to work
- Must have a strong understanding of recruitment processes
- Should be able to use recruiting software and social media for recruitment
- Understanding of HR practices and labor legislation is desired
- Must have strong organizational and time management skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team is crucial
- Applicant should have a proactive mindset and problem-solving abilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite is required
