We are seeking an AP/AR Clerk to join our team in Lynnwood, Washington. This role includes a variety of responsibilities such as processing customer credit applications, maintaining customer credit records and resolving credit inquiries. The successful candidate will also monitor customer credit accounts and take necessary actions to collect delinquent payments.Responsibilities:• Accurately and efficiently process customer credit applications• Maintain up-to-date and accurate customer credit records• Resolve customer credit inquiries in a timely manner• Monitor customer credit accounts regularly• Take appropriate action to collect delinquent payments when necessary• Use skills in Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), and Bank Reconciliations to perform duties• Ensure all customer credit information is stored securely and confidentially• Work collaboratively with the team to meet department goals• Adhere to all company policies and procedures related to credit and collections• Continually improve processes related to credit applications and customer credit records management.The salary range for this position is $55,000 to $70,000.Benefits:M/D/V1 week PTO first year, then 2 weeks7 paid holidays
