Robert Half is looking for an Accounts Receivable Specialist to support a client in Milwaukie on a temp-to-hire basis.
Responsibilities
Prepare, post, verify, and record customer/vendor payments
Place billing and collection calls
Maintain cash receipts journals
Assist with month-end closing
Contact clients to help resolve payment issues; assist in setting up payment plans
Take care of payments and compile segments of monthly closings and annual reports in compliance with GAAP
Requirements
At least 6 months of relevant AR experience
Billing, collections, and cash applications experience
SAP or other ERP system proficiency
Strong attention to detail
Intermediate Excel Skills
AA or BS/BA degree in Accounting preferred
Salary : $25 - $27
