Responsibilities
- Manage all aspects of accounting including AR, AP, GL, Inventory
- Guide the accounting team during the closing process to ensure that deadlines are met
- Assist to ensure a competent, trained staff through goal setting, development, and regular assessment
- Endorse implementation and confirm adherence to accounting policies and procedures
- Provide regular account reconciliation to completion
- Compose diverse procedures, policies, and technical accounting analyses
- Preparation and coordination of fiscal year-end audits
- Develop relevant and timely reports on financial data analytics like the monthly flash report, actual spend against budgets/outlook, and key financial metrics
- Backfill for Controller as required
- Aid with the preparation of GAAP financial statements, including budgeting and forecasting
Salary : $100,000 - $140,000
