What are the responsibilities and job description for the Assistant Controller position at Robert Half?
Robert Half has partnered with a SaaS company in the Denver Tech Center in search of an Assistant Controller! The Assistant Controller position is offering a hybrid work schedule and is paying $100,000-$125,000!
The Assistant Controller will be responsible for the following:
- Month-end financial statement close process
- Reviewing account reconciliations
- Assist in implementing accounting policies and procedures
- Ensuring compliance with US GAAP
- Review of expense accounts for proper accruals, coding, and accounting
- Work with FP& A team and business department owners to improve monitoring and tracking of operating expenses
- Support the year-end financial statement audit
- Work closely with the Controller on other projects as needed
Requirements for the Assistant Controller include:
- Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance or Business
- 5 years of accounting experience
- NetSuite software experience
Preferred qualifications for the Assistant Controller include:
- SaaS experience
- CPA
- Public accounting experience
