What are the responsibilities and job description for the Associate position at Robert Half?
Classification: Accountant
Compensation: $19.00 to $22.00 hourly
As a Robert Half Staff Accountant you will prepare journal entries, monthly and year-end closings, bank reconciliation, fixed asset maintenance and general ledger reconciliation. This is a position with our national loan staff team and as a Staff Accountant you will report to the Accounting Manager, and you will be responsible for many aspects of internal reporting during the monthly close. Maintain monthly payment schedules and maintain fixed asset ledger, depreciation, and reconciliation. In-depth experience with month end balance sheet account reconciliations and perform month end close, journal entries, with minimum supervision. You will assist in developing and implementing accounting policies. Recurring journal entries maintenance and reconciliation and intercompany billings, transactions, and reconciliation. As a Staff Accountant you will be using Microsoft Excel heavily for a variety of tasks.
