Responsibilities
- Practice law in the areas of Insurance Defense, Medical Malpractice, and Employment Law
- Utilize legal software such as 3M, LexisNexis, and other Case Management Software to manage cases and conduct legal research
- Draft legal documents and motions as part of case management
- Handle complaint administration and civil litigation processes
- Conduct comprehensive legal research to support case development and legal proceedings
- Ensure accurate documentation of all legal proceedings and actions taken
- Maintain a management system for efficient case handling and tracking
- Conduct briefings on case status and developments to relevant parties
- Administer claims and handle any arising issues related to the claims.
- Must hold a valid license to practice law in the state
- Minimum of two years of experience as an Attorney/Lawyer
- Demonstrated proficiency in the use of legal software such as 3M, Case Management Software, Legal software, and LexisNexis
- Experience with Management System
- Proven ability in Briefing, Civil Litigation, Claim Administration, Complaint Handling, and Documentation
- Strong skills in Legal Research
- Must be able to Draft Legal Documents and Draft Motions
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and act with discretion and integrity
- Outstanding organizational skills and attention to detail
- Willingness to continue learning and improving legal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong negotiation skills and the ability to advise clients on legal matters
- Must be able to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
- Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to build strong relationships with clients
- Demonstrated commitment to ethical standards and professional responsibility
- Must be able to manage a caseload effectively and efficiently.
