To review, analyze, and monitor credit transactions; to update and maintain records and files on all credit
transactions, including correspondence and documents.
Essential Functions & Responsibilities:
E 25% Processes daily credit transactions including, but not limited to: (a) answering incoming phone
calls, (b) performing the initial credit analysis to determine if members' credit requests satisfy
policies and procedure guidelines, and (c) preparing and processing all documentation for those
credit transactions.
E 20% Monitors all credit activity to ensure daily assignments have been completed such as processing
adjustable rate changes, maintaining amortization factors, and preparing correspondence
notifications.
E 15% Provides and maintains reporting requirements on Credit Union members' credit obligations.
E 15% Performs the initial loan rate analysis to determine the daily loan rates that will be charged to
members.
E 10% Provides support to Credit Union members and staff in explaining credit policies and procedures.
N 5% Assists in special assignments requested by management and members.
N 5% Provides computer support, including data entry, in the maintenance of the loan systems.
N 5% Performs other job related duties as assigned.
Performance Measurements:
1. To accurately process daily credit transactions.
2. To monitor all credit activity to ensure daily assignments have been completed including processing
adjustable rate changes, maintaining amortization factors, preparing correspondence notifications, and
processing stock purchases or redemptions.
3. To provide and maintain reporting requirements on Credit Union members' credit obligations.
4. To perform the initial loan rate analysis to determine the daily loan rates.
5. To explain clearly and consisely Credit Union policies and procedures to all employees as required.
6. To provide informed, professional and accurate service and support to all members and associates.
7. To comply with all credit union regulations regarding BSA, OFAC, FinCen, CIP, AML.
