Robert Half HR Solutions is currently sourcing for a contract Benefits Specialist for our client located in Kennesaw, GA. This contract role is expected to start immediately and will last about 60 days in duration. The selected Benefits Specialist for this engagement must be able to be onsite in the office every day of the role due to the short duration and urgency around the open enrollment process.This benefits group has a robust amount of people on their plan, over 2500. This benefits specialist contractor will be responsible for interacting with about 200 leaders within the organization to ensure that all employees have the information and knowledge required to sign up on time for their preferred benefits plan. Additionally, this person will be on a team with other benefits specialists so the work will be divided during this critical time.Our client is also requiring the benefits specialist contractor to be a strong Excel user having intermediate experience with both Pivot Tables and V-Lookups. This internal employee population will respond well to someone who is patient, kind, and has a teacher's heart. Part of the employee population may not have strong computer skills, so additional benefits support and information sharing will be an important part of this job.
