Description

We are offering a long term contract employment opportunity for a Benefits Specialist in Reading, Pennsylvania!

Responsibilities

• Oversee and organize incoming mail related to benefits.
• Handle benefits email inbox, ensuring all queries are addressed and resolved.
• Manage the completion of Medical Support Notices and court orders.
• Prepare and complete disability paperwork for both the company and state.
• Handle individual policies and employment verifications.
• Communicate with associates regarding any changes in their health plan and retirement plan eligibility.
• Utilize skills in Benefit Functions, Claim Administration, Cobra Administration, and Communication in managing disability benefits.
  
  

Requirements

• Knowledge of Employee Benefits
• Strong Communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively disseminate information to employees and management
