Responsibilities
- Facilitate the processing and tracking of customer orders
- Respond to customer inquiries promptly and professionally
- Manage a significant amount of paperwork and ensure all deadlines are met
- Assist in resolving billing issues, including processing credit card payments over the phone
- Enter customer data into the CRM system meticulously
- Support sales activities by learning about and promoting our products
- Handle document submittals and maintain accurate records
- Assist with project management tasks as required
- Utilize Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Word) for various tasks
- Communicate effectively in both English and Spanish, if possible.
- Bilingual Spanish is required
- Experience in the construction industry is preferred
- Knowledge of HVAC systems is a plus
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite including Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Outlook, Microsoft PowerPoint, and Microsoft Word
- Capable of answering inbound and making outbound calls
- Excellent customer service skills
- Proficient in data entry and email correspondence
- Ability to schedule appointments and manage calendars
- Prior project management experience is desirable
- Ability to multitask and prioritize
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- High attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
