- Handling inbound calls, emails, or chats providing exceptional customer service.
- Responding promptly to customer inquiries and resolving any customer complaints.
- Processing orders, forms, applications, and requests made by customers.
- Communicating and coordinating with colleagues, as necessary.
- Maintaining a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude towards customers at all times.
- Knowing our products inside and out to provide accurate information to customers.
