- Oversee the processing of billing in the accounting system, including editing of proformas, adjustments to unbilled time and disbursements, and preparation of invoices.
- Ensure completed billing is returned to attorneys/secretaries within the established timeframe.
- Monitor billing received from billing attorneys
- Process special billing as necessary and required.
- Answer inquiries from attorneys and secretaries regarding billing, client accounts, and time entry.
- Assist with month end closing.
- Utilize strong problem-solving skills, particularly utilizing logical thinking and mathematical abilities.
- Maintain a strong attention to detail and excellent communication skills.
- Utilize Microsoft Excel and other billing software to perform duties.
- Participate in other projects as assigned by the manager
