Robert Half is partnering with an Illinois firm near Caseville Il who is hiring a Bookkeeper/Office Manager. Our client is in the construction industry and has multiple locations throughout the US. The job duties of this role include:
-processing Accounts Payable invoices
-reviewing Payroll for accuracy
-Creating and bids and proposals
-Manage Expense Reporting
-Work on Special Projects at the direction of the Controller
the ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of Accounting and Office Management experience and ability to work in with Spreadsheets, Our client is offering an excellent starting salary plus amazing benefits including a 401K plan and profit sharing.
