You might be a good fit for Robert Half's Full Charge Bookkeeper position. The Full Charge Bookkeeper position is a long-term contract / temporary to hire opportunity in Kirkland, Washington. If you're comfortable with establishing and maintaining the organization's accounting principles, practices, procedures, and initiatives, as well as all general accounting and bookkeeping functions, including the preparation of financial statements, you could be a good candidate for this position.

What you get to do every single day

- Overseeing accounting clerks and entry-level bookkeepers

- Completing monthly, quarterly, and year end close, on time and in an accurate manner

- Handling processing tasks for accounts payable and accounts receivable, including collections

- Carefully filing documents to preserve historical records

- Preparing depreciation schedules by tracking fixed assets

- Studying and adhering to federal, state, and local legal requirements, filing reports, and detailing needed actions to management

- Putting together the trial balance and financial statements, including balance sheet, income statement, and cash flow statement

- Reconciling bank and general ledgers, and processing payroll

Salary : $43 - $50
