This role involves maintaining and processing financial records, performing account reconciliations, and managing both accounts payable and receivable. Responsibilities• Accurately process financial data entries and maintain customer credit records• Handle all aspects of bookkeeping, ensuring accuracy and efficiency• Manage both accounts payable (AP) and accounts receivable (AR) activities• Perform bank reconciliations and month-end close procedures• Utilize accounting software, preferably Deltek Ajera, for project accounting, time and expense tracking, and reporting• Ensure adherence to GAAP (Generally Accepted Accounting Principles) and accounting best practices• Communicate effectively with team members and project managers regarding financial matters• Manage and prioritize multiple tasks, meet deadlines, and work independently• Handle payroll processing and maintain accurate records• Utilize Microsoft Excel and QuickBooks for various accounting and bookkeeping tasks.
