In this role, you will be tasked with various financial responsibilities, including account reconciliation, data entry, payroll processing, and bookkeeping. You will play a crucial role in maintaining accurate financial records and ensuring the smooth operation of our financial department.Responsibilities:• Oversee and manage the tracking of grants• Ensure correct labor allocations for each grant• Handle accounts payable and accounts receivable operations• Conduct payroll processing through ADP WFN• Utilize QuickBooks Online for various accounting tasks• Administer employee benefits and ensure HR compliance• Facilitate the onboarding process for new staff members• Implement pay rate changes when necessary• Participate in grant audits and financial audits• Conduct monthly and annual reconciliation of accruals, prepaids• Reconcile multiple bank accounts and manage credit card reimbursements• Use Bill.com for reimbursements• Produce accurate financial statements• Manage amortization schedules.
